Create your profile
Once your benefits are verified, you'll receive two emails (examples below) from TherapyAppointment(TA) inviting you to create a username and password for your client profile.
Make sure you write down your user name and password!!!!!
(Please check your spam folder as well. Note that the initial link to TherapyAppointment expires within 48 hours.)

If you are attending couples or family therapy, each participant will receive their own individual login link via email (check your spam folder too).​.
Note: You may be required to register in Headway or Alma as they are billing partners
My First Counseling Session
1. 24 hours prior to your first session, you will receive a reminder via email or text from Therapy Appointment
2. 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment; log in to TherapyAppointment
a. TAP "Launch Session"
b. TAP "Join Meeting"
3. I'll join the session shortly and your session will begin.
