As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT), I leverage my extensive clinical experience to create impactful therapy sessions. Understanding that life can take us to the darkest corners of the mind, I bring a unique perspective from my diverse background, having served in the Marines and Army. My experience spans working in behavioral health hospitals, community settings, and domestic violence shelters. Additionally, I've explored the wisdom of various influential figures, from Seneca to Jay-Z, enriching my approach to therapy.
